- This will apply on the first €75,000 of the value of the property
- Has been constructed more than 20 years ago and has been vacant for more than 7 years
- First time buyers of the properties referred to above will also receive a grant amounting to €15,000. Such grant will be increased to €30,000 for a property situated in Gozo.
